The Arvada Festivals Commission is pleased to bring the community its Annual Arvada On Tap at Ralston Park Addition!

The Arvada Festivals Commissions (AFC) and its community partners: Arvada-Jefferson Kiwanis, Arvada Sunrise Rotary, and Arvada Vitality Alliance present the 4th annual Arvada on Tap- A Craft Beer and BBQ Fest.

This year the AFC hopes to provide a fun outlet for craft beer and BBQ enthusiasts! It features commercial craft breweries, local food and goods/services vendors, live music, and kids activities.

The event is held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 5 pm at Ralston Park Addition, on the southeast corner of 64th and Simms.

All net proceeds will benefit the AFC partners to support their local community projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applications must be submitted by Friday, June 28, 2018.
All Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying applicable taxes and for obtaining required licenses or permits. For more information, call the City of Arvada at 720-898-7100 or the Colorado Department of Revenue at 303-238-3278, or visit www.taxcolorado.com.
All Vendors must provide their own covered and weighted tent, and equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) Staking down tents will NOT be permitted! If your tent is not weighted down, you may be asked to leave and no refund given.
Please list a day-of phone number so that you can be reached should any unforeseen circumstances develop.
You are responsible for any trash that you have. Do not leave it on site - trek it out with you.
All booths and displays must remain up until the end of the festival. If you take your tent down early, it may hinder your participation in further Festivals Commission events.
If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you will not receive a refund. If you are not accepted into the event, you will receive a full refund.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission reserve the right to assign vendor booth location in accordance with the best interests of the event.
Please have all your information submitted before the deadline!
Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis after review and acceptance.
Vendors will be assigned one or two 10’ X 10’ spaces, as requested in your application.
We do not offer exclusivity for vendor booths - there may be duplicate vendors at this event.

I understand that the Arvada Festivals Commission will select vendors that best fit the goals of this event and reserves the right to limit vendors of the same industry. I understand that if I cancel 30 days prior to the event I will not get a refund. Vendors not accepted to the event will be fully refunded.

The city is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items at the festival, nor responsible to injuries that may occur.

I agree to abide by all rules set forth herein. Arvada Festivals Commission/City of Arvada assumes no responsibility for the safety of my equipment, my booth, my body, or my agents resulting from any cause including my negligence of the negligence of others.
