The Arvada Festivals Commission is pleased to bring the community its Annual Arvada on Tap to be held at Ralston Park Addition - 64th and Quail Street in Arvada, CO!

REQUIREMENTS:

Applications MUST be submitted by Tuesday, June 22, 2021.
All vendors are responsible for collecting and paying applicable taxes and for obtaining required licenses or permits. For more information, call the City of Arvada at 720-898-7100 or the Colorado Department of Revenue at 303-238-3278, or visit www.taxcolorado.com.
All vendors must provide their own covered and weighted tent, and equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) Staking down tents will NOT be permitted! If your tent is not weighted down, you may be asked to leave without a refund given.
Please list a day-of phone number so that you can be reached should any unforeseen circumstances develop.
You are responsible for any trash that you have. Do not leave it on-site, trek it out with you.
All booths and displays must remain up until the end of the festival. If you tear down early, it may hinder your acceptance into future festivals.
Vendors must follow all COVID-10 safety protocols.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Please have all your information submitted before the deadline.
Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after review and acceptance. Applicants will be notified via email if they are accepted into the event. The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission will select vendors that are in accordance with the best interests of the event.
Vendors will be assigned one 10' x 10' booth space.
The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission reserve the right to assign vendor booth locations. The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission reserve the right to control or halt any activities of any vendor that disturbs the operation of this event. The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission reserve the right to limit the number and type of businesses at the event.
Cancellations/Refunds: If the event is cancelled and you pre-registered for your booth, your card will not be charged. If your card has been charged and the event is cancelled, you will be refunded. If for whatever reason, your Vendor Booth Space Application is not accepted, you will not be charged a booth fee.

I understand that the Arvada Festivals Commission will select vendors that best fit the goals of this event and reserves the right to limit vendors of the same industry. I understand that if I cancel 30 days prior to the event I will not get a refund. Vendors not accepted to the event will be fully refunded.

The city is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items at the festival, nor responsible to injuries that may occur.

I hereby shall indemnify and defend Arvada Festivals Commission/City of Arvada, their successors, agents, and assigns, harmless against all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities and damages, arising out of my participation in the event. I agree to abide by all rules set forth herein. Arvada Festivals Commission/City of Arvada assumes no responsibility for the safety of my equipment, my booth, my body, or my agents resulting from any cause including my negligence of the negligence of others.
