“Brewery” means any beer or other beverage vendor entity selected for Arvada on Tap.

Brewery understands all REQUIREMENTS for this event:

Applications must be submitted by the date listed above.


Brewery is responsible for collecting and paying applicable taxes and for obtaining any required licenses or permits. Brewery understands that Arvada Festivals Commission reserves the right to limit the number of breweries selected.

Brewery agrees to follow all COVID-19 protocols required by the City of Arvada, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and the Arvada Festivals Commission.

Brewery is responsible for its own electrical, tent/booth, signage, and clean up. Brewery is responsible for its own trash. Brewery agrees not to leave trash on-site.

The City of Arvada is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen supplies, equipment, or other items. The City of Arvada is not responsible for any injuries that may occur. Arvada Festivals Commission and the City of Arvada assume no responsibility for any kegs, taps, equipment, supplies, booths, or the bodies of Brewery’s employees, volunteers, affiliates, or representatives resulting from any cause, including the Brewery’ own negligence or the negligence of others.

Brewery has adequate worker’s compensation and liability insurance. Brewery agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Arvada Festivals Commission and the City of Arvada, its successors, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities, and damages arising out of the Brewery’s participation in the event.

Brewery agrees to follow all applicable Colorado State and Federal Laws, including service laws ensuring all participants are of legal age to consume alcohol and are not intoxicated. “Responsible Service” will be expected. Rights reserved at the event to refuse service to those participants displaying signs of intoxication. Alcohol is not to leave the festival footprint in consumable containers

Brewery, its employees, volunteers, agents, and any other affiliates or representatives agree to abide by all rules set forth in these Terms and Agreements.
