You will be notified via email within one week of applying whether or not you have been accepted into the event. If your application is accepted, you will be emailed information at least 7 days prior to the event date. When applying, you will be pre-registered with your credit card but we will NOT process the payment until after you have been accepted into the event and completed approximately two weeks before the event date.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applications MUST be submitted by 3/31/25.
  • All vendors are responsible for collecting and paying applicable taxes and obtaining required licenses or permits. For more information about sales tax, call the City of Arvada at 720-898-7100, or the Colorado Department of Revenue at 303-238-3278, or visit www.taxcolorado.com.
  • For safety reasons, all Vendors must provide their own covered and weighted tent (if using one), and equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) Staking down tents will NOT be permitted! If your tent is not weighted down, you WILL be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
  • Please list the day-of phone number and email so that you can be reached should any unforeseen circumstances develop.
  • All booths and displays must remain up until the end of the festival. If you take down early, this may hinder your acceptance into future festivals.
  • Food Vendors must lay down a tarp or cardboard to catch grease and waste. 
  • Propane heaters and open flames are not allowed under tents. 
  • All Food Vendors must be registered with the Jefferson County Health Department. For more information, call (303) 271-5700 or visit www.jeffco.us/health. If you do not comply, you may be asked to leave the event with no refund.

SUSTAINABILITY:

  • ALL VENDORS - If serving food or samples, MUST use recycling or compostable serving materials. There are no exceptions. 
  • ZERO WASTE PLEDGE: Once you have been accepted into the event, you will be emailed a Zero Waste Pledge if you are a food-related vendor. You will NOT be allowed to participate in the event until the agreement has been signed and returned prior to the event day.
  • If you do not use recycling or compostable serving materials at the event, your card will automatically be charged a $250 Sustainability Fee post-event.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Please have all your information submitted before the deadline.
  • Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after review and acceptance. Applicants will be notified via email if they are accepted into the event. The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission will select Vendors that are in accordance with the best interests of the event. 
  • Vendors will be assigned one or two 10' x 10' booth spaces based on your selection.
  • The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission reserves the right to assign vendor booth locations. The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission reserves the right to control or halt any activities of any vendor that disturbs the operation of this event. The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission reserves the right to limit the number and type of businesses at the event.
  • Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be honored until March 1. Post March 1, there will be no refunds for cancellations.

THERE IS LIMITED AVAILABILITY FOR COMMERCIAL/PROMOTIONAL BOOTHS

  • One 10' x 10' spot.

  • This is a 10' x 20' spot.

  • This is for food trucks only. If you are a food vendor but will be in a booth, please apply under Commercial/Promotional.

  • One 10' x 10' booth. Your business must be located in Arvada.

  • One 10' x 10' booth. Vendors who sell handmade products are considered Craft Vendors. Commercial or imported versions of handcrafted items may only be sold as a part of our Business category.

  • One 10' x 10' booth. An organization that can verify their 501c3 non-profit status upon registration is considered a part of our Non-Profit category. Please upload this below.

Terms & Agreements

I understand all REQUIREMENTS for this event:

Applications must be submitted by the date listed above.

All Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying applicable taxes and for obtaining required licenses or permits. I understand that the Arvada Festivals Commission will select vendors that best fit the goals of this event and reserves the right to limit vendors from the same industry. I understand that when accepted, if I cancel within 14 days before the day of the event, I will not get a refund. Vendors not accepted to the event will be fully refunded.

I have reviewed the Sustainability Requirements and agree to all the terms.

The city is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items at the festival, nor responsible for injuries that may occur.

I hereby shall indemnify and defend Arvada Festivals Commission/City of Arvada, their successors, agents, and assigns, harmless against all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities, and damages, arising out of my participation in the event. I agree to abide by all rules set forth herein. Arvada Festivals Commission/City of Arvada assumes no responsibility for the safety of my equipment, my booth, my body, or my agents resulting from any cause including my negligence of the negligence of others.
